Property Management Committee Update – June 12, 2026

The Property Management Team has been busy getting our community ready for the summer season. A key improvement was the installation of new metal stairs at the Cedar Lane beach access, eliminating the need for beach goers to scale down the rocks and addressing an important safety concern.

The team also completed the spring leaf pick-up schedule during the week following the Victoria Day weekend. Residents are reminded that the next leaf pick-up event will take place in the fall. In the meantime, please avoid placing collected leaves at the roadside, where they can blow onto neighbouring properties.

Brush pick-up will continue throughout the summer during the third week of each month.

Other recent highlights include supporting the annual community beach clean-up event, completing seasonal readiness work at Brewster Park, and preparing beach access lane-ways and pathways throughout the community for regular summer use.
