Property Management Committee Update – July 24, 2026

The Property Management team has introduced a more structured weekly work plan using planning meetings, inspection checklists and monthly reporting to improve follow-up and accountability. Recent work includes completion of the Cedar Lane stairs, improvements at the Pinedale crossing, roadside trimming, regular cleanup at Sun Beach, monthly brush pickup and routine inspections of parks, pathways and the Clubhouse. Upcoming priorities include pathway trimming and poison ivy treatment, Old Ausable Channel path improvements, Sherwood road-island repairs, dead-tree removal at Lawson Park and review of portable washroom and swim-marker service concerns.
