Included in the rental package:
- Set-up and tear down of table and chairs only. Other event requirements at $50/hour labour. DIY set-up and tear down available as well – no charge.
- Catering not available. DIY catering only. Kitchen available with Upper Lounge rental only.
- Bar service provided by SPPA Smart Serve personnel only. Prices do not include taxes and mandatory 18% gratuity.

Rental of Entire Building:
The maximum capacity on rentals of the entire building is limited to 90 guests in total.
NOTE:
- This is a licensed facility – all liquor must be purchased from our inventory
- All of our bartenders have Smart Serve Certification
- No dancing on Upper Lounge level. Dancing on lower level only.
