The main floor Lounge has the following amenities:
- attached fully equipped kitchen and adjacent bar
- wireless PA system with speakers in both levels
- cable connected Smart TV
- upper deck facing the river
On the lower level, the Myers’ Room has a Smart TV and holds 80 seated guests or 85 for cocktails. It opens onto a lower patio and deck with 4 barbecues and 2 picnic tables.
The Meeting Room also on the lower level seats 30 guests or 40 for cocktails and has a podium and easel upon request. A single washroom is located between the two rooms.
This is a licensed facility and full bar service is available with some restrictions (contact office for details)
Maximum capacity on rentals of the entire building is limited to 90 guests in total.
