Clubhouse Rental Rates

Upper Lounge & Deck (A)                          $100.00   +   $13.00    HST =        $113.00

Myers Room (B)*                                          $70.00     +     $9.10    HST =        $79.10

Meeting Room (C)*                                      $40.00     +     $5.20    HST =        $45.20

Entire building (D)                                        $210.00   +   $27.30    HST =       $237.30

Upper Lounge & Deck (A)                          Seated: 36                 Non-Seated: 73

Myers Room (B)                                           Seated: 71                 Non-Seated: 81

Meeting Room (C)                                       Seated: 30                 Non-Seated: 40

Rental of Entire Building:

The maximum capacity on rentals of the entire building is limited to 90 guests in total.

NOTE:

  • This is a licensed facility – all liquor must be purchased from our inventory
  • All of our bartenders have Smart Serve Certification
  • No dancing on Upper Lounge level. Dancing on lower level only.
  • The facility is only available to members of the SPPA. The signing member must attend the event for the entire duration.
  • *The Myers Room and Meeting Room rentals do not have access to the kitchen. If the kitchen is required with these rooms, then the whole building must be rented.
