Canada Day at Sun Beach – Thank You!
Thank you to everyone who joined us at Sun Beach to celebrate Canada Day. It was wonderful to see so many members and families enjoying our beautiful shoreline.
A special thank you to our Property Management team who were out early the following morning to clean up after the celebrations. Your efforts helped ensure the beach was ready to be enjoyed again by everyone.
We’d also like to remind members of a few simple ways to help keep Sun Beach safe and enjoyable throughout the summer:
- Please leave sparklers at home. While they add to the celebration, many metal sparkler sticks were found buried in the sand the following morning, creating a potential hazard for children and anyone walking barefoot.
- Dogs are not permitted on any of our SPPA Beaches. Thank you for helping keep our community beach clean and enjoyable for all.
Finally, whether you’re enjoying Sun Beach or walking along the shoreline, please continue to be courteous and respectful of fellow members, neighbouring properties, and everyone’s right to enjoy the beach safely. A little consideration goes a long way in keeping Southcott Pines a welcoming community for all.
