Social and Recreation Committee (S&R)

The Social and Recreation Committee actively organizes and promotes cultural, ecological, educational, recreational, and social events  and activities for members.

Property Management Committee

The Property Management Committee oversees the maintenance and protection of all properties, pathways, and structures owned by the Association.

Environmental Stewardship Committee (ESC)

The Environmental Stewardship Committee (ESC) takes the lead on SPPA programs and activities focused on responsible use and protection of natural resources through  sustainable practices, conservation efforts, and ethical decision-making.

Southcott Pines Beach Committee (SPBC)

The Southcott Pines Beach Committee (SPBC) provides guidance, oversight, and strategic input on all matters related to operations, access, service standards, safety, and long-term enhancement of all of our beaches (including access pathways) with particular focus on Sun Beach.

Communications Committee

The Communications Committee oversees member communications and provide direction on the use of appropriate traditional and digital communication channels.

Finance Committee

The Finance Committee reviews and provides recommendations on monthly financial statements, annual budgets, and the year-end Review Engagement Report or Audit Report to be presented at the Annual General Meeting.

Bar Staff

Our Bar Coordinator and Bar Staff play an important role in creating the welcoming, social atmosphere that makes our community gatherings so enjoyable. From organizing bar operations to serving members with a friendly smile, they help ensure our events run smoothly and feel effortless. Their energy, reliability, and commitment behind the scenes contribute to the fun, connection, and pride we share in being part of our SPPA community.

Garden Stewards

Our Garden Stewards care for the island gardens along our roadways, the seasonal barrels throughout our neighbourhood, and the beautiful gardens at our clubhouse. Their dedication adds colour, warmth, and charm to our shared spaces, helping to create the welcoming first impression we’re so proud of.
