Property Management Committee Update – April 3, 2026

After a long winter that saw our Property Management team put in many hard hours clearing over 170 cm of snow, they are now shifting gears and getting ready for Spring Leaf Pick Up.

This year’s service will take place in two phases, with the first pass beginning April 6 and the second beginning April 20. A third pass will occur the week of May 25, if needed.  To ensure your leaves are collected, please have them placed at the roadside on the first day of pick-up, arranged in a neat row. We also ask members to keep stones, rocks, tree fall, and other debris out of the leaf rows to help the work go smoothly and protect the equipment.

Brush pick-up will continue on its regular schedule during the third week of each month.
