Clubhouse Rental Coordinator (Volunteer Opportunity)

Our community clubhouse is a valued gathering space—home to celebrations, meetings, and moments that bring neighbours together. As we expand rentals to the broader public, we anticipate increased interest and are looking for a volunteer to help coordinate this exciting next step.

In this role, you would manage bookings, coordinate scheduling, and act as a friendly point of contact for renters. This may include occasional viewings of the space and helping coordinate services such as bar staff, cleaning, and event setup and teardown. You may also assist renters during events to ensure a smooth experience for all.
