JOB POSTING: Southcott Pines Park Association Ambassadors

Position Summary

Southcott Pines Park Association Ambassadors are the primary welcoming presence at Sun Beach (primary) and other beach access pathways. They ensure safe, positive, and orderly access to the beaches while delivering exceptional support to residents and guests. Ambassadors uphold SPPA rules, reinforce service excellence standards, and act as the frontline extension of the Southcott Pines Beach Committee (SPBC), which serves as the oversight body and de facto security authority.

Ambassadors contribute to both daily operations and the long-term five year strategic plan by gathering data, supporting pilot amenities, and maintaining a strong member experience culture.

Reports To

The role reports to the Office Manager and Committee chair or his or her designate (e.g., committee members rotate on-call supervisory support on weekends and evenings). Functional oversight from the Southcott Pines Beach Committee (SPBC).
