Board of Directors Update – January 23, 2026

The January meeting of the The Southcott Pines Park Association Board of Directors was held on the 19th.  The Board adopted the 2026-2030 Strategic Plan and reviewed the 2026 budget process, with various committees having completed different stages of their budget drafts. The board discussed revenue generation and member experience improvements, including plans for a new beach cleanup  tool and the transition from a Security Committee to a Sun Beach Committee with expanded responsibilities.
