Communications Committee Update – June 26, 2026

The Communications Committee is leading a community-wide review of signage throughout Southcott Pines, including Sun Beach, pathways, parks, entrances, and other common areas. The goal is to ensure our signs provide clear information and create a welcoming, consistent look throughout Southcott Pines.

Current work includes assessing existing signage, gathering input from committees, and developing consistent messaging, branding, and design standards. Future phases will focus on prioritizing replacements and upgrades, sourcing materials, and coordinating installation.

For clarity, while the AGM budget identified a $5,000 allocation for “Sun Beach Message Boards,” the $5,000 capital budget is intended to support signage improvements across the Southcott Pines community, not just at Sun Beach.
