Clubhouse Lounge. Lake Huron Water levels are in a perpetual cycle of change. If you would like to learn more about the causes and effects of lake water levels, this presentation is for you. The presentation will start at 10:00 a.m. with ABCA staff Daniel King, Water Resources Engineer and Ellen Westelaken, Water and Planning Technician giving the presentation.
